Welcome to Leccxin. Please carefully review the following Terms of Service (“TOS”) before adding balance or making purchases through our platform. By completing a balance addition, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. No Refunds Policy

All balance additions are final. Leccxin operates under a strict No Refunds Policy. Once a balance is added to your account, no refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be granted, except where required by law.

2. Balance Addition Terms

Once a balance addition is completed, the amount will be credited to your account immediately.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct amount and account details are entered before confirming the transaction. Leccxin will not be responsible for user errors, and no refunds will be made for mistakes during the balance addition process.

The balance added to your account is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products/services unless explicitly allowed by Leccxin.

Any balance remaining in your account can be used to make future purchases within the Leccxin platform, subject to the availability of products/services.

3. Exceptions

Refunds or balance adjustments may only be issued in cases of:

A duplicate charge or technical error during the transaction.

Failure to receive the credited balance after a successful purchase.

All refund requests must be submitted in a ticket within 14 days of the transaction and include proof of the transaction.

4. Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute after adding balance, you agree to notify us by creating a ticket within 48 hours and provide all necessary information for us to address the issue. Unresolved disputes may result in suspension of your account.

5. Changes to This Policy

Leccxin reserves the right to modify or update this No Refunds Policy for balance additions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
